Inhibitory effect on the proliferation of laryngeal carcinoma cell 2 cells

With the increase of the concentration of indole -3- methanol, the expression of Livin gradually decreased. The expression of Livin protein was negatively correlated with the apoptosis rate of human larynx cell line, suggesting that the Livin protein may play a role in the apoptosis of human larynx cancer cells induced by indole -3- methanol. Indole -3- methanol can only induce apoptosis of cancer cells, and is safe and non cytotoxic to non tumor cells. Indole -3- methanol can be used as a candidate for cancer prevention and treatment because of its high efficiency, non-toxic and natural anti-tumor properties. The molecular mechanism of indole -3- methanol inhibiting laryngeal cancer cells still needs further study in order to provide a theoretical basis for future clinical medication research.
