Thirty normal volunteers were tested with 2% Neohesperidin dihydrochalcone skin, 13 were cured, 14 were treated effectively, 16 were effective, 5 were ineffective, and the cure rate was 27.1%; the total effective rate was 89.6%; Of the 32 patients, 6 were cured, 8 were treated effectively, 12 were effective, 11 were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 81.3%. It has been proved to be safe by human patch test.
