The content of quercetin in 14 Ginkgo biloba leaves samples from Zhenba County was 0.0732% to 0.0820%, the content of kaempferol was 0.0735% to 0.0819%, and the content of isorhamnetin was 0.0212% to 0.0247%. According to the determination and calculation method of total flavonoids in silver apricot leaves in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the total flavonoid content of the ginkgo leaf samples was 0.4224% to 0.4734%, which was higher than the quality requirement of 0.40% of the total flavonoids in the current pharmacopoeia. This data, combined with the geographical environment of Zhenba County, shows that the content of flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba leaves is closely related to its geographical environment. The southeastern part of the county has a lower elevation, the climate is warm and humid, and the content of flavonoids in ginkgo leaves is higher. In the northwest, the altitude is higher, the climate is colder and drier, and the content of flavonoids in ginkgo leaves is lower. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the standardized planting of local Ginkgo biloba and the deep development and utilization of resources.
